Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Flingo Product Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not create accounts to evade credit, safety or usage limits.
Permitted use
You may use the service to create lawful commercial and creative product content. You must own or have permission to use uploaded images, trademarks, likenesses and other materials. You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content.
Credits and plans
Generation jobs consume credits according to the model and output selected. Bonus credits can expire and may have output restrictions. Paid plans, top-ups, refunds and taxes will be shown before purchase when payments become available. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other generated material. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for ensuring it meets advertising, intellectual-property, platform and product-claim requirements.
Service changes
Models, providers, prices, credit costs, templates and availability may change. We may suspend access to protect users, providers or the service from abuse or security risks.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Subject to these terms and provider restrictions, you may use outputs created through your account. Flingo retains its software, protected prompt systems, template structure, branding and site content.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Flingo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, failed campaigns, lost profits or decisions made from AI output.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create material risk.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Questions can be sent through the support contact displayed in the signed-in product.
