Flingo Product Studio provides AI-assisted product image and video workflows. This policy explains the information used to operate the service.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, such as your email address and display name; authentication details supplied by Google or our email login provider; product images and generation instructions you submit; generation history, credit transactions and basic service diagnostics.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, maintain credit balances, process requested generations, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI providers and service partners
When you request a generation, the necessary product image and instructions may be sent to the selected AI infrastructure provider. Account authentication and database services are provided through Supabase; Google sign-in is provided by Google. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for security, accounting and legal obligations. Generation inputs and outputs may be retained for service delivery and history features. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data. You can also stop using Google sign-in and use email authentication where available.
Children
The service is intended for business and creator use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and its providers evolve. The effective date above will reflect material updates.
